Will the savings ever be worth it?

Being the fiscally responsible couple we are, the hubs and I made a trip to Walmart tonight. Every single time we go to Walmart we vow to never shop there again. I typically only buy hygiene items, coke, frozen and canned items and office supplies at Walmart. I have no idea how much money we save buying those items there instead of at Publix or Target but I'm thinking it's probably not enough to make it worth the trip and anxiety that place causes me. I never leave Walmart in a good  mood. Walmart is the biggest, most obnoxious collections of idiots ever assembled and every single Walmart is the same in every suburban town all over this great country. Anyway the point here is I dislike the place and even though I dislike it so much I probably won't stop going there. I'm just not strong enough.

I just thought I'd give a shout out to my newest follower, Buffalo girl. Last time I was at Buffalo Wild Wings I felt the urge to borrow another cup, but I didn't because you weren't there. But I thought of you and sent you a picture! =)

I am so ready for it to feel like fall. I think this weekend I am going to decorate our apartment with our fall decorations and start getting ready to host my in-laws for the hubs birthday dinner next week. I still don't know what I am going to cook, so hopefully we'll get that figured out soon. I am already counting down the days until mid October, because that is when my favorite Italian Ice place will get pumpkin pie flavored ice. Pumpkin ice swirled with vanilla soft serve is basically all I need in life, so I look forward to fall A LOT.

I need to clean my shower... it is my least favorite thing to clean. If I could get a house keeper to just dust and scrub my shower I would be a very happy housewife.

On that note it's bed time, I have a lot of planning and decorating to do tomorrow, and I'd kind of like to start my day before noon with an everything bagel and hazelnut coffee from Einstein =)
