Did you hear that a Bartow County GA school board member hit a teenage girl in a Walmart parking lot... on purpose.
What is wrong with people? Who does something like that. I wouldn't even think to try and pull into a space with someone standing in it, want to know why? Because you never know what that person's deal is. Maybe they are completely sane and just saving a space like that girl was, and maybe they are absolutely crazy and are waiting to shoot someone for fun. It's Walmart, it could honestly go either way.
