Natalie and Jen go to Maroon 5
Say say say, hey hey now baby, Jen and Natalie got moves like Jagger. Do you like my Maroon 5 mashup?
Over the weekend Jen and I saw Maroon 5, so I thought I'd share the highlights. Which let's be honest, Jen and I are amazing so every moment was a highlight.
On the way to our hotel, we went through the Fazoli's drive thru to get a dozen bread sticks, yes a dozen. I love these things and I really felt like Jen and I needed to share the experience of making ourselves sick by eating too much buttery bread.
When we got to the venue, we spent a little quality time with our good friend Adam.
Julia Michaels opened for Maroon 5 and holy crap. Do you want to feel like you have accomplished nothing in life? Read about this TWENTY FOUR year old woman who is crushing it in the music industry.
Maroon 5 was great live! The lights were really cool, the stage was shaped like a V with moving lights lining all sides, the music was nonstop. We dusted off our sweet sweet dance moves, had a couple of drinks, and generally partied like you do when you're in your 30's, gently and back to the hotel by midnight.
On our way out of the arena, I was thirsty and there wasn't a water fountain near by, so I took an empty cup with me into the bathroom and filled it up at the sink. I am 90% sure everyone that saw me was horrified that I was drinking SINK WATER. I mean do I hate myself? Am I experiencing a breakdown? Am I trying to poison myself? No, you bitches, I've been screaming for hours, I'm thirsty. You'd think I was filling my cup from a gutter leak.
It was so much fun to get away with Jen and scream/sing along with our boyfriend Adam Levine.
The next day we had a delicious breakfast at Datz and got treats for the road from Dough, if you want to see some really cute treats and tasty food, click here!
