I love Oreos and I have made the Easy Oreo Truffles plenty of times, so this time I decided to try a variation. I bought the Candy Cane Joe-Joe's from Trader Joe's, which are chocolate sandwich cookies filled with candy cane filling, and then used the same Easy Oreo Truffle recipe subbing these for the original Oreos. 

First, toss your cookies (not literally) into a a food processor or bender and pulse until you have small crumbs.

Mix your softened cream cheese with the cookie crumbs

I like to put my truffle filling in the fridge before making my balls, this is completely up to you.

Make 1" balls and place them on a baking sheet, freeze for a while

Dunk 'em in some chocolate

Set them on another baking sheet, and then put these in the fridge until firm.

Eat them all!!! I mean share with some friends.

These are another easy treat to impress a crowd with, and the candy cane version was delicious.
