I did a thing. A thing maybe I shouldn't have done. I bought more plants. Like a cart full of plants at Walmart.

The cart full of plants includes the following plants:

two ferns for the living room + a new planter for one of them

two hanging plants and two lavender plants for our bedroom

one rosemary plant for the kitchen

two random green plants for around the house

Here are the new plants in the living room, along with a couple I already had (the dieffenbachia on the brink of death and the peace lily that somehow I have kept alive for four years). The two hanging plants will go in our bedroom, we just need to put some hooks in the ceiling. Lucy is thrilled, can you tell?

So cross your fingers, or say a prayer, rub a crystal, or whatever you do for good luck, and send some my way because I’m going to need it bad.
