We love and miss Publix subs! Anytime we know we’re going to be near a Publix we plan to get a sub. Last time we were in Florida, we went to a Publix we don’t normally visit and they had an upstairs cafe seating area that included a covered outside balcony. In the photo below you can see a balcony to the left of the Publix sign, but I figured it was for like sign access or employees only. But it was for anyone!!!

The upstairs indoor seating area has tables with outlets and bag hooks, a lounge seating area, condiments and plasticware, a hand washing sink, a microwave, and its own set of bathrooms.

From the inside seating area, you can see the whole store and all the registers from above, so cool. 

The outdoor seating area has plenty of tables and ceiling fans for when it’s hot. Plus, who doesn’t love a pub sub with a view. Granted it’s mostly a parking lot view, but still exciting for a grocery store cafe area.
