If you live in the Orlando area, please do your self a favor and get to the Winter Park Farmer's Market and get bread from the Olde Hearth Bread Company. Any bread will do, they are all amazing.
Over the weekend Christopher and I went to the farmer's market to get bread and walk around people watching and eating pastries. It was lovely. We each had an apple danish from Olde Hearth Bread Company and they were so good I didn't even think to take a picture, you'll just have to trust me.
What I did take a picture of though was my french toast that I made using Olde Hearth Challah. It was amazing. The bread is so soft and dense at the same time and has a slightly sweet taste, it was possibly the best french toast I've ever made.

Super Secret Challah French Toast
Dip slices of Challah in beaten egg. Fry in buttered pan until golden brown on both sides. Top with butter and pure maple syrup or jam/preserves or powdered sugar, whatever makes you happiest or you have on hand.
I used three pieces of bread, 3 eggs, salted butter and 100% pure organic maple syrup.
