After finding such a delicious pie crust recipe on Fifteen Spatulas, I knew I had to try some other recipes. I love, love, love, chicken pot pie, so I thought that would be a good place to start. You can find her recipe here!
I baked some chicken and chopped it up.
sauteed my veggies and added a bag of frozen peas.
Rolled out my dough and put it into some little pyrex dishes.
Filled the little cuties with filling.
I cut the top crust into strips, so I could be fancy.
The fancy went real well.
But even with all those crazy looking edges, it was good.
