For those of you that also work with the public, this is especially true. There are always going to be people that aren't happy with the situation they are in or the answers you have to their questions. Not everyone actually wants to be helped, they just need someone to complain to under the pretense of getting help. Let them. You will help someone else. You make a difference, even if it doesn't feel like it sometimes.
