The first week of February there was a UCF Football Signing Day event I wanted to attend on our actual date night, and since Christopher isn't a die hard football fan I went with a friend and we had date night a day early.
We had a date night in, I put out a whole bunch of candles. We grilled a filet and had baked potatoes, asparagus, and sauteed mushrooms and onions. It was glorious.

We shared a calzone, at the same pizza place as always. It was delicious!

We went to the Chili for Charity event in Winter Park. I got tickets through work and chili samples from restaurants all over town, water, beer, and wine were all included in the ticket. There was a tip contest for critics choice chili, where you tipped your favorite table and the table with the most tips won, and a silent auction to raise money for the Rotary Club of Winter Park. This is an annual event, so if you're in the area and like chili and a good cause, keep an eye out for it next year.

We went to the second to last home basketball game. The Knights were defeated by a considerable amount. It was rough.
We'll try to be more creative with our date nights in March. Plus, it's baseball season now and so far the baseball team is 5-0!!! So I'm looking forward to snacking on Nachos while watching some Knights win. YAY Sports!
