Epcot Food and Wine Festival 2016 Trip 1

We decided to take the rat plunge and bought Disney annual passes. We love the Food and Wine Festival so we made sure to buy our passes so we could go this year and next year!

Here we are on the monorail on our first trip!

And us in the future!

Now on to why you're really here, the FOOD!! We ate SO MUCH, so I will label the foods and which country they were from, and let you drool.

Germany

Apple Strudel with Vanilla Sauce

Schinkennudeln: Pasta Gratin with Ham and Cheese

Roast Bratwurst in a Hard Roll

Radeberger Zwickel Pilsner (Unfiltered)

Selbach-Oster Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Riesling Spatlese

Japan

Pineapple Breeze Sake Cocktail

Spicy Sushi Roll: Tuna and Salmon with Volcano Sauce

Belgium

Beer-Braised Beef served with Smoked Gouda Mashed Potatoes

Belgian Waffle with Berry Compote and Whipped Cream

France

St-Germain Sparkling Kir: Sparkling Wine and St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Creme Brulee Caramel Choclat

Boeuf Bourguignon

Soupe a l'oignon au Gruyere et Cognac

Kronenbourg Blanc 1664 Pale Lager

Canada

"Le Cellier" Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon with Truffle-Butter Sauce

Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup Served with a Pretzel Roll

Moosehead Lager

Refreshment Port

Pineapple Dole Whip Soft-Serve

Everything was so good. If I had to pick favorite I would say they are, 1. Le Cellier Filet, 2. Beer-Braised Beef, 3. Belgian Waffle

The only thing I didn't love was the mac and cheese type dish from Germany.

Check back for more Food and Wine, we ended up going FOUR times.
