12 Days of Holiday Treats Day 4: Trader Joe's Gingerbread Molasses Cookies
I don't typically make prepackaged cookie dough, but these looked interesting and I love almost everything at Trader Joe's, so I decided to give them try.
They come in a package of 12 cookie dough balls, ready to bake.
I started putting the dough balls on my baking sheet and then read the back of the package and it mentioned rolling the dough in sugar, so obviously I did.
Once my dough was rolled in sugar, I popped them into the oven to bake
They spread quite a bit, but didn't really stick to each other so they were easy to remove from the sheet.
These were surprisingly good for a packaged cookie dough. They baked well and had a really nice flavor.
If you don't particularly enjoy baking but want to bake for the holidays, these are a great option.
