30 Things I am Grateful for November 2023
I hope you had a nice November. Now that we are deep in the holiday hustle and busstle it’s a good time to focus on what you are grateful for and not get too caught up in the shoulds, or as my therapist used to say, “don’t should on yourself”. Don’t worry so much about what you “should” be doing/making/eating/buying, etc. It’s all made up.
Other than the things you need to do to survive, like eat, sleep, work, etc, do whatever connects you to your people, self, pets, nature, or anything you want to connect to. Do what brings you joy and peace and hope and love. Don’t worry about the other shit.
