Aldi Haul - March 2023

I haven’t shopped at Aldi very much, mostly because the one near us in Florida wasn’t too great, and I’m a Publix superfan. Now that we’re nowhere near a Trader Joe’s or a Publix, I am branching out.

This particular trip to Aldi was for a few meal supplies and also for fun and to see what they had available.

Try to ignore the junk in the background that I didn’t put away before taking these pictures.

We got a few things to go with the Gernan sausages my parents brought back from Orlando, some things for taco night, and a couple of snacks.

First up, we got some German beer, a jar of sauerkraut, and a tube of Braunschweiger for my dad because he loves that shit.

Next, we got a bag of jalapenos, a head of iceburg lettuce, 2 lbs of limes for margaritas, cheese to shred and pinto beans to make refried beans. We also got a bunch of ground beef for the tacos and for shepard’s pie later this week.

We also got sour cream and onion chips and Cheez-Its to snack on. The chips are really good, and I’d totally buy them again.

There are a few other fan favorite items I want to try sometime, but I didn’t want to get too much stuff and have things go bad. I want to try the take and bake cheesy bread sticks, all the Deutsche Küche items, salad kits, all the cheese, ketchup, and all the chocolate.
