Trader Joe's Snack Haul April 2023
You know I love a good Trader Joe’s trip. On our way home from Blue Ridge we stopped in Knoxville to go to Trader Joe’s. We didn’t bring a cooler so this is a room temp snack haul.
I have been wanting to try the Apple Chip Duo for months! I was so excited to finally find it that I got two bags without even tasting it, and it did not disappoint. I love apple chips and the mix of red and green apple chips makes for a fun surprise each time you reach in the bag.
Milk Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Pretzels are one of my very favorite things from Trader Joe’s. I get at least two bags every visit now and sometimes it’s not enough to hold me until my next TJ’s visit. They are just a perfect sweet and salty snack for any occasion or time of day. They go with coffee for breakfast or make a nice little dessert treat, very versatile.
Christopher got this pack of Sparkling Proud Source Spring Water and said it tastes like you drank straight from a stream and licked a rock in the process. He’s still drinking them so I guess the rock taste doesn’t bother him too much.
I can’t forget Lucy when I make a Trader Joe’s run, so this visit she got Grain Free Cheeseburger Flavor Dog Treats. She has never met a treat she didn’t like, so I’m sure when I open these up she will be pumped.
I got the Korean Gochujang Sauce for Christopher, my brother, and dad because they all like spicy things. So far they’ve only tried it on grilled steak and really liked it, so we’ll see what else they try it on.
Christopher eats these Roasted and Salted Sunflower Seed Kernels almost every day, so we always grab a bag or two when we hit up a TJ’s.
They were sampling this Lemon Mini Sheet Cake while we were shopping and damn, this is so good for a store cake. I think this will be on my permanent spring shopping list from now on. If you like lemon cake and cream cheese frosting this is a cake for you. Plus, it’s small so you don’t have to worry about waste.
This French Onion Focaccia Bread looked and sounded really good, but we were not fans. It was the wrong texture and kind of tasted like playdough smells. Not for us.
Have you been loving anything from Trader Joe’s recently? Let us know in the comments if there is something tasty we should add to our next Trader Joe’s shopping list.
