World Meditation Day
Today is World Meditation Day! Meditating can be hard, especially if you haven’t done it much. It’s still hard for me sometimes, even after six years of moderate practice. I’m on that anxiety struggle bus, and sometimes I have to fight my brain just to focus on my breath for a single inhale.
Here are a few of my favorite meditation resources.

Pretty moon jelly live feed from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. I like to put this on while I journal or do some breathwork because it is so soothing.
Finally, Insight Timer is my favorite free meditation app. There is a premium version, which I did pay for when I had a job, but the free version is still great.
