I read Capitol Hill Style everyday at work and drool over all of the beautiful things Belle posts on the blog, but one thing she posts about is particularly drool worthy, Birchbox. Birchbox is a box of premium beauty product samples that comes to your doorstep every month for $10. It is amazing. I needed it. In January Bianca got me a gift subscription to Birchbox for my birthday. It has been even better than I expected.
My April Birchbox came in the mail today and it was another great box of fun stuff! In my Birchbox this month I got samples of the following products: Befine gentle cleanser, Befine daily moisturizer with SPF 15, amika Obliphica Nourishing Mask, Vapour Organic Beauty Siren Lipstick, dirt. luxe salt scrub - lemon leaf, Le Palais des Thés Tea Bags - Thé du Hammam,and Le Palais des Thés Tea Bags - Thé des Alizés. I love trying new skincare and hair products the most so I was glad to get both in this box. I am also very intrigued by these tea bags, I think I might take one to work tomorrow. This week has been crazy busy at work already and it is only Tuesday, I think a little tea time will be just the thing I need.
There are several products that I have tried via Birchbox that I can not wait to order full sizes of, I am just waiting until after we move because I don't want to have to move any more stuff than we already have.
Some of my favorites so far are:
Color Club Neon Nail Polish in Jackie Oh!: My first thought when I saw this polish in my box was, "yeah right, I'm not 14, I'm never going to wear that color." Then I tried it on for fun and have painted my nails this highlighter bright pink three times already. It's just too fun not to use.
Miss Jessie's® Original Quick Curls: I honestly didn't know I could like my hair curly. I have spend so many years straightening my hair. Now I wear it curly at least once a week.
I Coloniali Tibetan Shower Cream with Rhubarb: This stuff smells SO GOOD!
I Coloniali Deep Massage Body Cream with Myrrh: Again smells so good!
Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Serum: This stuff is light and really helps clear up blemishes.
